The Engagement Manager will select a resource to perform a dedicated role within the Service Engagement team.
Allocating a team member to a role should be based on an individual having the required skills and experience.
The Engagement Manager must ensure that the resource has the appropriate responsibility and is empowered with the
authority to perform the tasks. In turn, each resource must confirm that they understand and accept their role and the
responsibilities that come with that role. In most cases, assigning an individual to perform a specific role should be
maintained throughout the life of the Service Engagement, especially if it is one of the key Service Engagement
roles
